Let's look for more migrating birds along the Animas Riverwalk in Farmington.  This is a pleasant stroll, and birdwatchers have been heard to brag that they have seen up to 34 species at this location.
Dress for the weather. 18 year olds or above only. No pets please. Bring water and snacks in order to chat after the hike.

Additional Directions: Directions to meeting place. Coming from the north, take US Hwy 550 south to Aztec. In Aztec, 550 turns left and heads south. At that intersection, stay straight on Hwy 516, which becomes Main Street as you enter Farmington. Look for Browning Parkway. (still Hwy 516), where you turn left. Drive to the first traffic light, turn right, proceed to the roundabout, go right again, then take your first left, which takes you to a parking area, next to a gate, outside the Riverside Nature Center. We will meet there.Or from US 64 west or east of Farmington, turn north onto Browning Parkway (Hwy 516), and go to the third traffic light, turn left there, proceed right at the roundabout, then take your first left, which takes you to a parking area, next to a gate. We will meet there.
