Hike Smith Creek, Mark Twain National Forest
The Smith Creek hike covers approximately 6.1 miles; moderately difficult with water crossings, rocky terrain, 200 foot elevation gain (in places 15-25% grade). Awesomely scenic with gargantuan cliffs, amazing geologic features, and a wilderness aura.

When: Sunday, June 14th, 1 -5 pm(Please check web for updates before departure. If there is a weather watch, the outing will be rescheduled).Where: Smith Creek Loop Trail, Rutherford Bridge Trailhead. OR we can meet at the MDC Regional Headquarters parking lot on 3500 E.
