Clean energy is essential to reduce carbon emissions, ensure better air quality, reduce utility bills, and lower our reliance on dirty fossil fuels.

Join us for a training on how to lobby your municipal leaders and pass a clean energy resolution at the local level. This training is designed to prepare you to speak on critical talking points and address what to expect when approaching municipal officials with a draft resolution.

What we’ll do together:

  • Talk about why clean energy is important– cleaner, cheaper, faster: clean energy outperforms dirty fossil fuels in every area–from lowering electrical bills, improving our air quality, ensuring grid reliability, and more
  • Review lobbying best practices and how to approach municipal leaders with a draft resolution
  • Connect with other community members and practice talking points together
  • Help be a vital voice in advocating for clean energy generation & solutions
We need clean energy because it is good for our air, water, and soil & brings good union jobs to communities, lowers our electricity bills and more. Join us build support in your town!
