We will have a moderately paced hike through Torrey Pines Preserve Extension, continuing via surface streets to Crest Canyon, part of the San Dieguito River Park. Along the way we will see a beautiful showcase of coastal sage scrub, chaparral, and some magnificent and rare Torrey Pine trees. We should have some time to observe wildlife along the San Dieguito Lagoon shore.
