TOPIC: Member Gathering - Connecting People to Purpose: Nature, Community, and Action for 2027. Elisa and Robert will review the Sierra Club Florida: 3-Year Strategic Plan (2026-2028) and then open the floor to members for feedback and short brainstorming activities.
Our 2026 member gathering is an opportunity to explore how we strengthen our mission moving into 2027 by identifying group priorities, strengthening member engagement, exploring new ways of reaching more diverse audiences, and developing practical ideas, programs, and outreach strategies that help grow long term community involvement and leadership.
ECO ACTION: We’ll take a look at the Broward Sierra Group table setup that we use for events and ask everyone to weigh in with suggestions for revamping our look and presentation to the public.
