Camp Greilick Exploration
Join us for a guided tour of Camp Greilick and learn about the many opportunities for activity on this site. This is one of Grand Traverse County's newest parks; it was the former Boy Scout Camp. Location is 4754 Scout Camp Road. We will be exploring the property with Park Ranger Amanda Dow on Friday July 24th, at 3 PM. Meet at the parking lot outside the office cabin; the hike and exploration will take about 2 hours.Participation Details:For all our hikes, please remember to bring comfortable hiking shoes, a water bottle, food, and the seasons weather appropriate clothing. Participation in Sierra Club activities requires registration and acceptance of a waiver, which you can complete online at the link above. Electronic copies of the required waiver are available online or by request and will be accepted automatically by signing-in to the event. Paper sign in sheet will be available at check in.All hikes are free and open to everyone.
