O: Morocco Eclipse Travel Adventure

Join us for this 14day, 13night adventure to vibrant Morocco to experience the culture, nature, and beautiful sights of this exotic land and the Eclipse which will have a totality lasting almost 5 minutes from our viewing city on the centerline.Join us as we walk through the old narrow streets of Marrakechs Medina with its exciting market, a UNESCO world heritage site, gardens, mosques, and many other points of interest. We will also visit Rabat, whose modern capital and historic city is yet another UNESCO world heritage site. We plan to spend a couple days exploring the mysterious Blue City of Chefchaouen where much of the city is painted blue. Next, we will visit the White City of Tetouan whose Medina is a UNESCO world heritage site. There we will visit the archaeology museum that has many artifacts from Roman Morocco. Well see Tangiers kasbah and medina where you will be immersed in the historical heritage and the cultural prosperity of old Tangier walking through the narrow alleyways. You will visit the old former American Consulate, the only American national monument located outside of the United States.Tangier is where we will observe the Eclipse that lasts 2 hours and 20 minutes with a totality of 4 minutes 51 seconds. We will travel to Lixis, a UNESCO world heritage site, known for being a site of successive civilizations of Phoenician, Punic, Mauretanian, Roman, and Islamic. The complex includes the remains of several pre-Roman and Roman temples that we will see. We will visit the important city of Meknes whose Medina is yet other UNESCO world heritage site. Well also visit the Roman Archaeological city of Volubilis (UNESCO world heritage site).We will go to the ancient city of Fez whose Medina is yet another UNESCO world heritage site! We will conclude our tour after a visit to Casablanca.Price includes, 13 nights lodging (2 Persons, 2 beds per room), transportation within Morocco, Admission to sightseeing places, many meals, and more.
