Join our partners at Protect Pike Township for an air permit info session at the Lebanon Public Library in the Crawford Room. 

The Meta data center complex at LEAP has filed for approval for it's first air permits. The public can weigh-in on these air permits at a virtual public hearing being held by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) on August 6th and through public comments which are due on August 10th. Come to the info session to get informed about the anticipated air pollution from this facility and to learn about how to comment on IDEM's draft air permits. We will also provide updates on the LEAP water situation.

Speakers include: LouAnn Baker, Eagle Creek Park Advisory Committee with updates on water impacts and Sarah Goss with Ecoethic Creative LLC with an overview of the air permitting process. Megan Anderson will provide details on how you can weigh-in on these permits and next steps in advocating for our air and water.
