Bring your wheels to the paved path encircling the wild field at Mount Hope Park for a gentle, afternoon ride.

This is event is open to all ages and abilities. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

We welcome any form of non motorized and non electric wheels. Strollers, gliders, wagons, bikes, skates/blades, skateboards, scooters. Mount Hope Park is a non motorized facility. ADA Exception: The only exception to the motorized ban is for individuals with mobility impairments using electric wheelchairs or ADA-compliant Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices (OPDMDs) operated at walking speeds.

Sierra Club safety policy requires that helmets be worn on bicycling outings.

The facility amenities include bathrooms. The bathrooms, parking lot, and trail handicap accessible. Bring a helmet and a water bottle. You may want sun screen or bug spray, depending on the weather. 

We will ride the 1.5 mile mixed use path that encircles a large field of "wildflowers". The paved path is in smooth and well maintained, making it a great place for riders of all experience levels to enjoy nature. Butterflies, frogs, snakes, herons, deer and other critters are frequently spotted. 

This is a gentle, self paced ride. Check in will be near the start of the path, located across from the main parking lot on the other side of the entrance drive. There is a crosswalk that leads from the parking lot to the pathway starting point.

Signup Instructions: Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Recommended Items: A helmet (required) a water bottle and your recreational, non-motorized/non electric wheels.
