Monarch butterfly on milkweed plant
Help Monarch Butterflies and have fun crafting with other nature lovers. Seed balls are the perfect project to get kids interested in gardening and the environment!

Milkweed is a very low-maintenance perennial and critical for butterfly habitat. These seed balls can be planted in your lawn or garden, thrown along highways, school and business landscapes, abandoned lots, the list goes on! They also make wonderful gifts. We will make other native plant seed balls, too!

Join us at the Lansing office on Saturday, October 10th from noon to 2 p.m. We plan to be outside, but can move inside if the weather is uncooperative. Dress for mess. We'll provide the materials, light refreshments and fun!

Cost: Free

Recommended Items: Water bottle, dress for mess and weather.

Cancellation Policy: Activity is held rain or shine, but may be altered due to inclement weather
